About Us

Our Core Principle


Education is crucial to the success of us all, individually and collectively. When the providers of education are at their best, they can better ensure world class learning by students. We support the entire K-12 system by improving the health and happiness of all personnel that impact children. Teachers, counselors, school nurses, cafeteria workers, office personnel, bus drivers, support staff, administration, etc. We help improve education by improving the educator.

How do we get started

at my school?

How many participants

do we need?

Typically 10 is a good goal. Are their 10 people at your school who'd like to get into shape or possibly lose some weight? And we support all school personnel. Teachers, staff, administrators and occasionally involved/active parents will join.

Where are the classes

held?

Depends on your space availability. We can use the gym, the cafeteria, a classroom, the lobby, really anywhere that will accommodate the number of participants.

What if I’m not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than he or she is capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

How often will we

meet?

Classes are twice/week, generally Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Your trainer will work with you on the exact schedule for your school.

Do I need any special equipment or clothing?

You will need a set of dumbbells. Depending on your fitness level, most ladies start with 8lbs-10lbs. Most men will start with 15lbs to 20lbs. I suggest having two different size dumbbells. You'll need heavier for certain exercises. You should dress in workout clothes. You will need shoes with good support. Also a work out mat/towel. And water, you'll want that!

“Joining Coach Nice for boot camp is one of the BEST choices I have made for myself! I’ve always tried to take care of myself by running, going to the gym, and working with a personal trainer. However, during the last 3 months, Coach Nice has pushed me harder than I have ever been pushed before. I’m not going to lie…it’s hard…there were some tears at the beginning, but Coach has been supportive and encouraging every step of the way!

As a mom, wife, and teacher, I was always trying to find “time” to workout. Workouts were very inconsistent, but now that problem is gone. Coach comes to my place of employment 2-3 days a week and works with a small group of ladies. Workouts are diverse and challenging, but Coach’s playlist and sense of humor keeps the energy flowing. I’ve made great friends with the ladies in the group, and we know we can text Coach anytime with questions. Coach takes the time to offer advice and suggestions about diet, stretching, and provides additional workouts for us if we are traveling or can’t be with him personally.

The results are slow and steady. I am stronger than I was 3 months ago. I have more stamina and endurance than I did 3 months ago. Muscle tone is beginning to show in areas that I’ve never been able to “hit” before. Mentally, I feel more clear-headed and less stressed. I also feel more confident; I feel like my role as a mom, wife, and teacher has improved because I’m taking take care of ME!

“Coach Nice runs a great boot camp, and he plans work outs that are challenging for all participants. He pushes everyone to reach their full potential and to expect more from themselves, but he knows where the line is for each individual; he has never pushed any of us past what we could handle, mentally or physically. He is also great at modifying the exercises to fit everyone’s needs; if someone is injured and cannot complete a move safely, Coach replaces that exercise with one that works the same muscles but in a way that allows that person to complete it comfortably. Each boot camp session is unique, preventing any chance of people getting bored with the work outs! Exercising with a group also makes the works out more fun. Our work outs are always full of laughter and camaraderie, especially when we’re looking ridiculous while trying to learn a new move. Coach is a great motivator, but the most valuable lesson we have learned is how to motivate and push ourselves to do more every day. What a great way to start a Monday! : ) While I have not lost any more weight since I started boot camp (after losing 25 pounds with Weight Watchers, coming in to the workouts), I have become so much more toned and actually have muscle instead of flab! Do I love every minute of boot camp? No. Not a bit. However I know it is so good for me, and the camaraderie of our group keeps me going.
